We provide agreements but with employees and third parties with respect to intellectual property, trade secrets and competition. We will file routine trade name and trade mark applications. We will handle some local disputes involving intellectual property or trade name infringement. We do not do patent work nor will we process complex trade name or trade mark applications. We will refer clients to those who specialize in such work and at our client's request act as an intermediary.
