Modern Coffee
Modern Coffee in the Tribune Building in down town Oakland is my favorite for both quality and beauty of their coffee drinks and a much better than average quality range of food items. It can be a busy place and at time the size and shape make it a bit noisy but the coffee is A-Plus. Rather than relying on one roaster they have a range of the best local roasters including Sightglass, Verve, Four Barrel and others. And while I come to drink a Cappuccino and not look at it, they are well worth looking at. Here is one of them:

California Secretary website you can use to determine the status of an LLC or corporation; obtain some limited information and can be used to see if the entity name your thinking of using is already being used by another.

Moonrise Media - Web Design & SEO
Moonrise Design is the company I have used the last ten years for web development. If you’re looking for a unique website and ample personal attention then I recommend these folks. If your looking for a cheap website solution they are not a good choice They were particularly right for me because they were able to work well with a client who had his own design concept and very detailed design sensibilities while still bringing their own keen sense of design effectiveness to the project. I believe they would work well for a client who doesn’t have a clue what they want or need, but it was more impressive to me that they worked equally well for a client at the opposite end of the involvement spectrum. I have been particularly impressed with Jenny, one of the owners and chief designers. And this time around I worked with one of their Project Managers, Malissa who was fantastic. I have had some contact with their SEO guru, Daryl, who seems very knowledgeable, but I have this odd preference for doing my own search engine optimization.
